It is my birthday month. As a gift to myself I would like to lose the rest of this baby weight! It has been almost 7 months and I am ready. Of course, who has time for exercise? Eating right I can do…mostly. Exercise though, that isn’t as easy. I have trouble fitting that in to my daily routine with my full-time job, 7 month old baby, hour long commute and blog. But it needs to be done. I need your help, your encouragement and most importantly your ideas! So I created a link-up because who doesn’t want to get fit for summer?
